Please provide your customers with a link to your claims page. Once there, customers can submit a claim and we'll handle everything.

Any issue must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.

Once you've placed an order, we'll send an email containing your Order ID.

Coverage starts when the package leaves the warehouse and continues until it reaches its destination.
